I agree that personal images/videos could be used for Barcarolle Choir promotional purposes.

Data Protection and Retention Policy: Member’s details are used solely for informing Members about choir related matters. Email addresses will never be shared with any other organization. When a member leaves the choir, she can ask for her details to be deleted. Group emails will always be blind copied.

I accept all conditions as explained in above paragraphs and the rules of the choir as per Information Sheet provided to any new member.
